Kaitlin joined our team this month as our newest Employee Benefits account manager. She brings with her eight years of experience in the Employee Benefits, HR and Benefits Administration field (along with a very fun and sweet personality).
While Kaitlin just moved to Lakewood with her new husband, Shawn, two stepsons, Mieka and Xandor, and two dogs, Busta and Charlie, she grew up in Highlands Ranch and is a Colorado native. She is a fan of Colorado sports (especially the Denver Broncos), going for bike rides, putting together puzzles, walking, reading, cooking new meals, and playing cards with her family.
Kaitlin is passionate about taking care of people and believes in treating others the way you would want to be treated. She follows the belief of striving to leave people better than when you found them and leaving a good impression on others. The most important things to Kaitlin are God, her family, her career, and her friends. She also believes in working hard and playing hard, as life is not promised and it’s important to take advantage of opportunities as they come.
