Before entering the insurance industry, Neil worked as a custom home builder, where he partnered closely with clients to bring their vision to life. That experience shaped his approach today—listening carefully, understanding goals, and delivering thoughtful solutions tailored to each client.
Neil is driven by a commitment to doing the right thing and building long-term, trust-based relationships. He enjoys learning, meeting new people, and continuously improving both personally and professionally. Outside of work, Neil enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and their two dogs, golfing, following sports, and cooking.
